REYNOARCH (Solid Aluminium Panel Sheet) can satisfy the desire of the most distinguished building designers. Pre-fabricated from aluminium sheet from 2.0mm to 6.0mm thick, REYNOARCH SAP comes in either flat or with an intricate in-fill design of your choice. For a lasting, outstanding finish, PVDF lacquer paint is applied on the surface in our in-house spray coating line.
REYNOARCH SAP can also be printed with UV ink for that special effect print. This is what many interior designers have been yearning to have, and we can now fulfil their wishes.

Cleaning andMaintenance
Annual cleaning is recommended. The surfaces should be cleaned either manually using a soft brush or using a high-pressure cleaner (maximum 50 bar) with clean water. If necessary, a mild cleaning agent (pH 6 – 7) may be added, up to a maximum of 10%. Cleaning should take place from top to bottom. After cleaning, rinse with water to remove any cleaning agent residue.

Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel (SAP) can be fabricated into panels using various sawing, routing and drilling techniques. For best results it is recommended that:
- The right equipment is used according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
- Drill bits and blades selected are intended for use with aluminium.
For best results, a track guided circular saw is recommended. Hand folding is achievable without a requirement for bending equipment.
Use for cutting and routing sheets. When creating a V groove for folding, the minimum thickness left in the bottom of the groove should be 0.7mm.
Blind and solid rivets along with stainless steel screws can be used to secure Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel (SAP). Always consider the effects of thermal expansion and potential building movement.
TIG and MIG welding are common welding methods used on Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel (SAP). Consult with your local welding specialist for advice.

Our wall panels are all with customized size,dimensions, designs, colors and shapes, so we can make our small quantity as sample order , but mostly if your quantity is more than 100sqms, you can have a good price .

Aluminum expanded mesh is widely using interior and exterior building materials decoration. They can be used for ceiling, walls, partitions, window screen, sun shade and so on.

Normally we can do powder coating, PE coating, PVDF coating for our wall cladding sheets, we used brand like Jotun, Akzo Nobel, PPG and so on.
Also there are some projects requesting anodized finished, we can also do for you ,but the anodized film we can do only 5-15um.
